Currently, we are seeking passionate and committed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CF, SLPA) to join a dynamic and collaborative school team in Aurora, CO.

Full-time contract position for the 25/26 school year, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Details:

Location: In-person (hybrid and/or remote options offered depending on school)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm

Duration: 25/26 school year: 8/11/25-5/22/26

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Grade Level: K-12 (multiple sites)

Compensation: $40 - $60 per hour depending on licensure and experience

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom.

Provide therapy in individual and group settings.

Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress updates.

Educate staff and families on speech and language development strategies.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)

DOE SSP- Special Service Provider
