Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, designing test equipment, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans and procedures for new and existing products
Design and optimize test equipment and setups using LabView
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
Work closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve issues
Maintain and update test program sets and test stand configurations
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role
Hands-on experience with test equipment and LabView
Strong knowledge of test procedures and methodologies
Familiarity with Analog and digital hardware testing
Experience with C# or C++ programming is a plus
Understanding of circuit theory and its application in hardware testing
