UI/UX Designer

Description

-Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups that optimize user interaction.

-Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.

-Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.

-Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and UI guidelines across platforms.

-Optimize designs for both web and mobile applications with a focus on accessibility and performance.

-Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance user experience.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

-Proven experience (2+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

-Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

-Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and usability testing methods.

-Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.

-Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is an advantage.

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced trading environment.
