Job Summary:

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking for an Assistant Manager Production to lead and optimize production operations. This role requires strong leadership, proven experience in managing production teams, and a stable employment record.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.

Ensure production processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Monitor production metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.

Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

Main Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years experience leading production teams, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strong computer skills for reporting and production monitoring.

Proven ability in manpower management.

Stable employment record no frequent job changes; at least 2 years in the most recent position.
