Medical Technologist

We are looking for a Medical Technologist to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about quality diagnostic work, patient care, and collaborative healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of laboratory procedures including clinical chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology.

Ensure accurate specimen collection, handling, analysis, and documentation.

Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment according to quality standards.

Record and validate lab test results, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.

Assist in inventory control and ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed.

Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff regarding urgent test results and patient needs.

Qualifications:

Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC), or graduate of a related allied health course.

At least 6 months of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence.

Able to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.

Team-oriented, dependable, and professional in both patient and peer interactions.
