Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in software development and/or project management.

Proven experience managing projects in the financial technology domain (banking, payments, fintech).

Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Oracle, MVC, MySQL, Big Data.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
