Financial Analyst Accepting Fresh Graduates

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our finance department, where you'll have the chance to make an impact and grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present monthly financial reports that drive strategic decision-making

Compile and analyze the Monthly Management Reporting Package (MRP)

Conduct strategic analysis such as balance sheet reviews and customer profitability analysis

Collaborate with management in budget preparation, including crafting assumptions and building templates

Assist in creating comprehensive budget package schedules

Oversee year-end inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance

Develop financial ratios to evaluate supplier performance

Provide insights through monthly cost analysis and variance reports (actual vs. budget)

What You'll Need:

A Bachelors Degree in Accountancy

At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role is preferred but not required

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (strong Excel skills preferred)

Experience with Oracle systems or similar ERP platforms
