We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead high-impact, cross-departmental projects in the banking and finance domain. This is a strategic role where you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to closure, while driving delivery excellence and aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Define scope, goals, deliverables & success criteria for strategic projects.

Lead cross-functional teams, allocate resources & track performance.

Manage timelines, budgets & risks for on-time, within-budget delivery.

Engage and manage stakeholders, including executive sponsors & vendors.

Ensure compliance with quality & regulatory standards.

Resolve blockers, finalize documentation, and capture project learnings.

Mentor junior PMs to strengthen delivery capability.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors in IT, Business Management, or related field.

7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in banking, finance, or large-scale enterprises.

Proven leadership in high-stakes project delivery.

Strong experience in Agile/hybrid project methodologies.

Proficient in tools like JIRA, MS Project, Asana.

Exceptional stakeholder management & communication skills.

Preferred:

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP.

Scrum Master or Agile certifications.
