Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales Budget, KPIs & execute well on business plans
Develop and grow the key accounts of B2B market segments in Vietnam
Establish good relationship with Customers, Government personnel, and other relevant stakeholders
Acquire and grow Distribution Network for the Vietnamese Markets
Develop a quality sales pipeline of focus segments, Carbon Zinc product market penetration into Vietnam and other key initiatives
Interface and cooperate with Business Units and other functional departments to meet customers needs and goals
Timely update and maintain the sales forecasts, SFDC entries, and other business planning systems
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Engineering-related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Electronics and Industrial B2B markets
Proven ability to meet and exceed Sales targets
Proven track records in managing and growing key accounts
Vietnamese-local; able to speak & write in English
Outgoing personality, and a proven ability to build relations with key stakeholders
Proficient in IT skills such as MS Windows, MS Office & Salesforce.com
Candidates who possess proficiency in a third language eg. Chinese, Korean or Japanese will have an added advantage
