Property Sales Consultant Iloilo

We are looking for 60 REAL ESTATE SALES SPECIALIST to join our ILOILO Inhouse Sales team.

Roles:

Promotes FLI properties through manning, advertisements and other effective strategies.

Provides site tour for ocular visits

Prospects and source potential clients and provide excellent customer service

Ensures closing of sales

Prepare necessary paperwork for the client and ensures collection of required documents

Develops and maintains client database

Prepares and facilitates effective client presentations

Renders overall Customer Service

Facilitates after sales service

Ensures efficient delivery of monthly sales target.

Qualifications:

A graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sales experience in real estate or other sales industry is an advantage but not required

Amenable to do mall manning & digital selling

Fresh graduates and career-shifters
