Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
Market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Work with production team to develop products as customers requirements
Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales teams to meet sales objectives.
Prepare and present sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the flexible plastic packaging industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English skills.
