Data Analyst (Tableau & BI)

Responsibilities:

Update, maintain, and enhance existing Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business needs.

Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear dashboard improvements.

Perform minor SQL queries or Python scripting for data preparation and troubleshooting.

Monitor live dashboards for performance and accuracy, implementing small fixes as required.

Collaborate with business users to ensure reports and dashboards are clear, accurate, and actionable.

Maintain documentation of dashboard changes and improvements.

Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.

1+ year of hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and maintenance.

Basic knowledge of SQL; Python or ETL experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Good communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
