Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Conduct property inspections, including move-ins, move-outs, mid-term, and routine evaluations

Enforce property rules and association regulations in a consistent and respectful manner

Stay informed and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local housing laws

Maintain a working knowledge of home maintenance procedures and property systems

Provide prompt, courteous, and effective responses to tenant and owner inquiries

Prepare properties for market: install lockboxes and ensure move-in readiness

Resolve resident concerns efficiently and professionally

Input and maintain accurate property data in company software

In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, coordinate and oversee both routine and emergency maintenance scheduling

Perform other duties and projects as assignedQualifications:

Prior experience in residential property management, preferred

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively across multiple priorities

Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
