Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Internal Communications/Graphic Designer/Writer to join our team in Pasadena, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to creative projects while working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel in both design and communication, bringing innovative ideas to life through various mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools.

• Develop engaging content for internal communications and marketing materials.

• Collaborate on copywriting projects, including external communications and journalism efforts.

• Utilize WordPress to design and manage web content effectively.

• Produce high-quality brochures and other print materials that align with branding guidelines.

• Apply AP or Chicago writing styles when necessary to meet project requirements.

• Design graphics and layouts on PC platforms, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.

• Adapt creative approaches to fit the needs of industries such as construction.• Proficiency in graphic design and a strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

• Experience in writing and designing for internal communications.

• Ability to manage and create web designs using WordPress.

• Familiarity with AP or Chicago writing styles is preferred.

• Open to copywriting and working in external communications or journalism.

• Comfortable designing on PC platforms.

• Willingness to adapt to projects in various industries, including construction.
