HVAC R Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an HVAC R Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Respond to emergency maintenance requests

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields

Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

Ability to handle physical workload

Redstone Heating is a family owned business located in LaPorte, CO and established in 2005. Specializing in; residential new construction, remodels, and service. We cover Cheyenne and much of Northern Colorado. We are interested in qualified, hard working, motivated people that would like to grow with us. We offer paid holidays, 48 hrs of paid sick time that begins to accrue as soon as you start, 1 week vacation after one year that grows to two weeks after 3 yrs, then again to three weeks after 10, and a 3% company match IRA after a year, and will set you up in a vehicle once you prove to be able to handle projects on your own! Starting salary will depend of previous relevant experience.
