Anesthesiologist Locums Job in Jasper, Indiana

Dates of Assignment: June 20, July 28- August 1, ongoing future dates if available for theseDetails of Assignment:

- Active Indiana license required, ACLS, BLS, PALS

- Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm / Call hours: 3pm - 7am (secondary)

- Call is at least once a week (secondary call from home)

- Cases required: General, Ortho (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB

- One MD/two CRNA position

- EMR: EPIC

- 60 days to credentialed, 30 if clear background/history/active license
