Role Purpose

The Quantity Surveyor will manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring accurate cost control, timely valuations, and effective contract administration to maximise profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage budgets, cash flows, and cost reports.

Measure and value works, including variations and claims.

Administer contracts in accordance with company and client procedures.

Liaise with site teams to monitor progress and financial performance.

Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Support tendering and pre-contract processes.

Person Specification

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

Relevant experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of JCT, NEC, and FIDIC forms of contract.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial software.

EU passport holder
