What you’ll do:

Perform in-depth security assessments and penetration tests across telecom, IoT, and OT environments.

Uncover and analyze vulnerabilities, contribute to incident response, and help define mitigation strategies.

Act as a technical expert in security discussions with customers and stakeholders.

Share insights on security governance and research during customer visits and workshops.

Explore emerging attack methods, firmware analysis, and AI-driven threat modeling.

Partner with R&D teams to embed security practices into product development and meet industry standards.

Lead security initiatives and projects, driving continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electronics, or a related field.

3-6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or penetration testing.

Skilled with major security testing tools and frameworks.

Strong knowledge of IoT systems, telecom protocols, and OT security.

Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Strong collaborator with proven project coordination experience.

Curious, proactive, and eager to innovate.

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in cybersecurity.

Prior leadership or project management experience.
