Lean Manager (Cold Chain)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be familiar with the cold chain storage process, and understand temperature control indicators and storage management requirements;

2. Operate the 6S theory system and implementation tools, focusing on site scenarios, and standardize the site construction;

3. Improve the job operation procedures and standards, and conduct publicity and training, forming document control management, including SOP query and visualized management of documents;

4. Pilot new operation methods to form innovative points and cases, be responsible for screening, implementation, promotion and implementation of innovative points within the system;

5. Develop and implement lean improvement projects, promote the standardization and optimization of operation processes, ensure the achievement of project goals, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for logistics management, supply chain management, cold chain, etc.;

2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with experience in the warehousing industry and cold chain background preferred;

3. Ability Requirements: Possess good communication skills, able to communicate efficiently with various departments, and promote the implementation of quality improvement projects;

4. Professional Skills: Familiar with the seven principles of IE, lean production, 6S management and other industrial engineering tools and methods.

工作职责

1.熟悉冷链仓储环节,掌握温控指标和仓储管理要求;

2.运营6S理论体系和落地工具,聚焦场地类场景,场地标准化打造;

3.完善岗位作业流程及标准宣导,形成文控管理,含SOP查询 文件可视化规范管理;

4.试点新型作业方式形成创新点和案例,负责体系内创新点筛选 落地 推广和实施;

5.制定并实施精益改善项目,推动运营流程的标准化与优化,确保项目目标的达成,提升客户满意度

工作要求

1.学历要求:本科及以上学历,物流管理 供应链管理 冷链等相关专业优先;

2.工作经验:至少3年相关工作经验,有仓储业 冷链背景者优先

3.能力要求:具备良好的沟通能力,能够与各部门高效沟通,推动质量改善项目的实施;

4.专业技能:熟悉IE七大手法 精益生产 6S管理等工业工程工具和方法
