Plant Controller

In this role the Plant Controller will be responsible for Plant ADR, the plant controller will coordinate and support the daily activities, budget process, and forecast planning, this position will work on process standardization and responsible to drive initiatives that will improve our financial reporting and operations performance.

Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly reports for the site

Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions

Prepare financial budgets and forecasts

Develop, create, and strengthen internal controls

Identify areas for cost cutting and improvement

Drive initiates to improve operation performance

Continuous training and staff development

Collaborates with Plant Manager, and management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations, and lead the development of complex analysis
