Robert Half is partnering with an exciting, growing firm that is expanding its Nevada presence!

The firm handles a mix of business litigation, judgement enforcement, and appellate work. This attorney will be doing judgment enforcement, which often has exposure to interesting and high-profile cases!

Responsibilities of Role:

Managing cases from inception through resolution

Preparing motions and briefs

Taking and defending depositions

Discovery

Making court appearances

Trial preparation and trial attendance

Requirements:

5+ years of civil litigation experience in Nevada

Excellent writing and research skills

Deposition experience
