Brat Haus in Old Town Scottsdale is now hiring one great server/bartender to assist in the summer season. Can you work in a team environment where we all pitch in to create a great customer experience and deliver "Genuine Hauspitality"? This is a very very part time position and a perfect opportunity to "get your foot in the door" for busy season. We are looking for a steady and RELIABLE server. Bartending experience is a plus. Must possess a good craft beer knowledge, be able to multitask and hustle and maintain a positive and fun attitude on a consistent basis as well as handle constructive feedback in a mature manner. Servers tend to average approximately $38-$44/hr including wage and tips in a fun and casual environment. NO LATE NIGHTS! Locally owned/operated for the past 13 years. Passionate/Dedicated individuals only. Brats, burgers, beers, FUN! No emails or phone calls please.
Responsibilities
Setting the table
Pre bus tables
Seating guests
Delivering food and drinks to guests
Running dishes to the kitchen
Delivering a great customer experience "Genuine Hauspitality"
Cleaning projects
Previous POS experience (we use Toast)
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years server experience in a casual full-service setting with craft beer menu
RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL
Strong work ethic
CRAFT BEER KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY. At least a 3 on a scale of 5 with 5 being very knowledgeable
Ability to handle heavy volume in a short amount of time
RELIABLE
Extroverted personality
Ability to listen and communicate effectively as well as receive constructive feedback
RELIABLE
Able to multitask efficiently. Self-motivated
Strong organizational skills
