Customer Service Professional

Job Description

Our products are designed to help adventurers transform their vehicles into fully-equipped rigs for exploration. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to provide exceptional support to our customers and assist them with product and service information while resolving any technical concerns.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products.

Update and maintain customer records based on interactions.

Redirect complex inquiries to the Sales Manager or Production Manager as needed.

Develop and keep up-to-date a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Positive, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with flexible start time.

Hybrid role. You’ll be working mostly from home.
