Atwell is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming presence at our Southfield Headquarters. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you'll ensure a professional and positive experience while supporting daily office operations and project teams.Responsibilities
• Operate Atwell's main switchboard supporting 40+ offices
• Manage conference room scheduling and coordinate meetings and trainings
• Arrange catering and oversee meeting logistics
• Handle daily mail distribution and shipping via UPS, USPS, and FedEx
• Provide administrative support for project teams
• Maintain clean and organized office and kitchen spaces
• Assist with new hires, special projects, and credit card reconciliationQualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
