- **Purpose assessment administration:** Help students complete "Who do you want to be?" assessments and identity exploration tools

- **Community facilitation:** Moderate online forums and peer support groups for Purpose Seeker and Purpose Builder subscribers

- **Session preparation:** Research student backgrounds and prepare materials for Purpose Specialist individual sessions

- **Progress documentation:** Track student journey from career confusion to authentic identity clarity

- **Crisis recognition:** Identify students needing immediate Purpose Specialist intervention for identity-related distress

### **Global Community Engagement (20%)**

- **International perspective integration:** Support students representing Voice Up's global community of 100+ countries

- **Cultural adaptation:** Help adapt "Who do you want to be?" methodology for diverse cultural contexts and backgrounds

- **Cross-community connection:** Facilitate relationships between students from different countries and cities within Voice Up network

## **Required Qualifications**

### **Educational Requirements**

- **Current undergraduate student** (junior/senior) in Psychology, Social Work, Communications, or related field
