We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams.

Details:

Need is on a PRN basis, ongoing, offering flexibility in scheduling to accommodate providers' availability.

Candidates must be Board Certified in any of the following specialties: Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R.

Exams primarily interview-based with some physical assessment including range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and evaluation of traumatic brain injury. Exams will encompass a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury assessments.

No prescribing or treatment involved, focusing solely on assessment and evaluation.

DMA certification available, allowing providers to obtain CME credits. Certification is required once privileged if not already certified.

Use of Goniometer required for accurate assessments.

Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required.

Proficiency in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions essential.

Personal laptop required for documentation purposes (NO Apple Laptops/MACs).

Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).

Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion - no narrative report. End product is completion of standardized form(s).

Evaluations to be completed in VES's provider portal, with records reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
