Your Team:
Our European HR team supports around 160 colleagues – mainly in Germany and the Netherlands. Together with your teammate based in the Netherlands and the HR lead in Germany, you will help drive and support all key HR topics from our location in Aachen – from recruitment to employee development.
What You ́ll Be Working On
Recruitment & Applicant Experience
Review and shortlist applications, coordinate interviews, and help us find the right talent
Take part in interviews with working students and support decision-making with clear documentation
Onboarding & Employee Support
Make onboarding a smooth and welcoming experience for new team members
Be the go-to-person for employees with HR-related questions
HR Operations & Administration
Support and prepare personnel actions like contract changes or evaluations
Draft key documents and certificates, and manage communication with external institutions
HR Systems & Data Maintenance
Keep our HR master data up to date and accurate, including monitoring important deadlines
Create reports and insights from our HR systems to support decision making
Project Work & HR Innovation
Contribute to exciting HR projects – from time tracking and digital workflows to employer branding and health & safety topics
Talent and Capability Development
Partnering actively with our business on Talent & Capability development.
What You Bring:
You’ve completed a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational psychology – or something similar that sparked your interest in people & organizations
You’ve already gained some first experience in HR – maybe through an internship or a student job
You’re comfortable working with MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook) – and curious to explore HR tools and systems
You enjoy analyzing information and working in a structured, proactive way
You communicate clearly, listen well, and keep things running smoothly with a service mindset
You’re a team player who enjoys collaborating across different departments
You’re familiar with the basics of labor law – and motivated to keep learning
You know how to handle sensitive information with care and discretion
You’re confident in both written and spoken English – international teamwork is no problem for you
