Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages, sells, and promotes inventories of all FLI projects
Finds effective strategies to gain leads and convert them into prospective clients
Establishes and manages a strong network locally and maintains sales quota.
Ensures the quality of accounts (including requirements, documentation, etc.)
Renders overall customer service
Oversees all sales activities and monitors productivity and activation of Sales Managers and Sales consultants.
Support sales managers in the recruitment of quality sales consultants
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
With more than 5 years of Real Estate Sales experience
Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
With a ready team of at least 3-5 Sales Managers with 5 real estate salespersons upon joining
Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
