Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu City)
Shift: No Fixed Schedule
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients, establish and nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in non-voice customer support (Chat/WhatsApp) Advanced Level:
Extensive hands-on experience delivering high-quality customer support through chat and WhatsApp channels. Skilled in resolving issues efficiently, multitasking across conversations, and maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
Highly flexible working hours no fixed shift model:
Comfortable with irregular schedules and on-demand availability, rather than traditional 8-hour shift structures.
