CLASS 2 DRIVER
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 7:45AM - 4PM/5PM
£14.75 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join our client based in Edinburgh, specialising in domestic and international removals.
This is a fantastic full-time opportunity offering consistent work, structured routes and occasional UK-wide travel with overnight stays.

Day to Day Duties
Your duties as a Class 2 Driver will involve but not be limited to:
Driving Class 2 vehicles for private, domestic and international moves
Assisting with manual handling as part of all deliveries
Operating vehicles safely and efficiently across both local and long-distance routes
Completing any necessary paperwork
Adhering to traffic laws and following company safety procedures
Travelling across the UK with overnight stays as required (hotels or van, depending on team size)
Essential Skills
As a Class 2 Driver you will need to:
Hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card
Be willing and physically able to assist with manual handling
Be punctual with strong timekeeping and communication skills
Be open to overnight stays when travelling long-distance
Have no major endorsements (we do not accept IN, DD or CD codes)
Desirable Experience
Experience in removals or long-distance driving is a bonus
Training
All drivers will complete a short driving assessment
One-day paid induction follows successful assessment
We will not re-supply drivers who have previously worked on site
