Intern (Key Accounts Manager Support)

The purpose of this position is to support Key Account Managers and fast track the implementations of our updated product and price strategy.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

Support Key Account Managers in their day-to-day admin work

Complete new customer listing templates

Source relevant documents and images for new listings

Supply product information and image updates for current listings

Conduct online stores audit for multiple stores (to Include pure online dealers), maintenance and improvements – content and images

MP Channel order processing and fill rate reporting and feedback

Order extension request to MP channels

Support store order and approval process

Manage customer returns

Update promotional calendar for all multiple stores/branches

Update and maintain price files

Product information maintenance and updates to stores

Campaigns follow up with Brand Managers, to align with Online Platforms/Activities

Online Support with content, images and videos

Assist with new Online store applications

Requirements:

Previous exposure in Microsoft packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel would be an advantage

Previous exposure to key accounts management and marketing environment would be an advantage

Analytical inclination

Problem solving skills

Strong communication skills in English (Speak, read and write)

Structured and organized

Completed Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
