Job Title: Physician Assistant – Geriatric-Focused Rounding Role

Compensation: $105,000 to $120,000

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a passion for geriatric care to join our growing team of rounding providers. If you want to specialize in aging adult health and build lasting relationships with your patients, this is a perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person visits with seniors in assisted living and memory care

Support chronic disease management, prevention, and end-of-life care

Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and families

Maintain clear documentation and clinical notes in EMR

Qualifications:

Licensed as a PA-C in Minnesota

Background in geriatrics, palliative care, or internal medicine preferred

Strong communicator with excellent bedside manner

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes:

Army: 65D – Physician Assistant

Navy: PA – Physician Assistant

Air Force: 42G1 – Physician Assistant

Marines: PA – Physician Assistant

Coast Guard: PA – Physician Assistant
