Your Tasks

You coordinate and are responsible for the adaptation of specific ServiceNow modules and applications

You ensure that requirements and implementations take place within the framework of technical governance and set up the platform for the future

You ensure quality assurance and compliance with best practices, security and compliance requirements

You manage a team of ServiceNow Engineers, solving impediments and mentoring in their career and skill development

Your Profile

You have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform (ServiceNow certifications are a plus)

You have initial experience in managing teams and project groups or are interested in leadership

You have practical experience in Agile working methods (SCRUM)

You have a strong team spirit and strong communication skills

You have a solution-oriented and process-oriented way of thinking and have analytical and communicative strengths

Your are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
