As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead our in-person campaigns that support nonprofits and advocacy groups across the country. You’ll work on the front lines—building relationships, coaching team members, and ensuring our outreach efforts are impactful, efficient, and aligned with our partners’ missions. Key Responsibilities

Support the daily management of nonprofit outreach and fundraising campaigns

Coach and motivate team members to hit outreach and performance goals

Represent nonprofit clients at community events, retail activations, and live engagements

Oversee event logistics including setup, scheduling, and on-site support

Analyze team and campaign performance data to provide actionable feedback

Participate in leadership training and strategic planning workshops

Maintain accurate records of campaign activity and support long-term growth initiatives Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)

Background in sales, customer service, event promotions, or retail is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Leadership potential: goal-oriented, coachable, and proactive

Passion for nonprofit work, advocacy, or community impact

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
