Now Hiring: Manufacturing Tech Assistant (MTA) / Filler Operator

Location: On-site San Clemente

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $20/hour

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Tech Assistants (MTAs) to support our Production team by operating filling equipment and ensuring that finished goods and raw materials are filled accurately into customer-specified containers. You will also assist with equipment sanitation, labeling, packaging, and light warehouse duties while maintaining strict compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow fill instructions as outlined on tags and job orders

Perform container labeling, packaging, and order assembly

Ensure clean and accurate product filling and in-process level checks

Assist with data entry into ERP/ETS systems

Clean and sanitize equipment according to SOPs

Participate in light warehousing tasks as needed

Report any quality concerns or suspicious activity to supervision

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Must read, write, and speak English

Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division

Ability to multitask and shift between duties as needed

Comfortable working with computers and entering data

Reliable and consistent attendance

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Must be able to roll drums up to 600 lbs and climb stairs

Must be clean-shaven for respirator use

No food allergies that would conflict with job duties

Additional Info:
