The Role
We’re building software that powers the future of aviation training. Flight schools use our platform to find students, track their progress, and stay compliant. Your job: sell it. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from first call to closed deal — helping flight schools modernize their operations while hitting and exceeding quota.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business: prospect, run demos, and close flight schools on monthly or annual subscriptions.
Hit a clear quota: 20+ new schools/month at $200–$500 MRR each (or annual prepay).
Master the pitch: show owners and chief instructors how we cut admin time, increase enrollments, and simplify compliance.
Manage pipeline in CRM: every lead, demo, and deal is tracked.
Work inbound + outbound: run sequences, call lists, and also work warm leads from marketing campaigns.
Close fast: average sales cycle is 2 weeks.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years in software sales (SDR, AE, BDR) — or proof you can sell.
You’ve hit quota before and can show the numbers.
Comfortable making 50+ calls/day and running 3–4 demos/day.
Strong closer: you like asking for the order and don’t hesitate.
Coachable and fast learner — you can run the script, then make it your own.
Aviation interest a plus (not required).
Compensation
OTE: $120k/year (Base $60k + Variable $60k).
Commission: $250 per new deal (outbound); $120 per inbound deal. Accelerators above quota.
Fully remote, with opportunity to scale into sales leadership as the team grows.
