YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Resolving problems and queries from end users.

Training and mentoring new users.

Setting up and maintaining master data (materials, suppliers, customers).

Ensuring the correct flow of data between modules (MM, PP, SD, WM, etc.).

Testing new functionalities and changes in the system.

Communicating requests for changes or corrections in the system.

Participating in SAP implementation or expansion projects.

Documenting processes and work procedures.

Supporting audits and control mechanisms.

Creating reports for management.

Identifying weaknesses in processes and proposing improvements.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

High school/university education – ideally in logistics, economics, IT, or a technical field.

Knowledge of SAP – especially modules such as MM (Material Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales and Distribution), WM (Warehouse Management).

Experience with SCM processes – planning, purchasing, warehouse management, production, distribution.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or other data analysis tools.

Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools is an advantage.

Knowledge of English (min. B2)

Monthly salary in the range of CZK 24,000–32,000, depending on shift model and personal performance
