About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Jaipur office. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on W2 and C2C hiring. The ideal candidate should have prior US staffing experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build lasting candidate relationships. Freshers with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (sourcing to onboarding)

Specialize in W2 and C2C hiring with knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver quality profiles

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline via job portals, referrals, and networking

Manage vendor relations and negotiate with candidates

Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in technical recruitment (US staffing preferred)

Proficiency with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Must be willing to work onsite in Jaipur (Chitrakoot)

Good to Have:

Prior US IT recruitment experience
