Job Overview:
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typist, you will be responsible for efficiently entering and updating data in SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and back-office applications. You’ll work closely with data managers, product teams, and customer success departments to ensure data integrity across our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and maintain accurate data in CRM tools, internal databases, and spreadsheets
Transcribe data from scanned forms, PDFs, and digital files
Identify and correct data inconsistencies or formatting issues
Collaborate with teams to clarify data requirements and validation rules
Perform data quality checks, cleanups, and audits
Ensure compliance with company data privacy and security protocols
Assist with generating data reports or summaries when needed
Meet daily/weekly performance benchmarks for speed and accuracy
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Fast and accurate typing skills (45+ WPM preferred)
Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack
Reliable internet connection and personal computer (laptop/desktop)
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively while working remotely
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SaaS platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, or Notion
Prior work in a data entry, transcription, or virtual assistant role
