Job Description

To provide temporary support, we are looking for a committed individual to take on the following responsibilities:

Taking Responsibility: You will be responsible for the periodic review, assessment, and updating of client profiles in compliance with regulatory requirements and our internal quality standards.

Identifying and Minimizing Risks: You will identify risks related to money laundering, sanctions, reputational issues, and other business risks, and define measures to mitigate them.

Communication and Interaction: You will act as an interface, ensuring clear and constructive communication between client advisory and compliance teams.

Regulatory Developments: You will monitor current regulatory developments and derive appropriate actions from them.

Requirements

Experience: Ideally, you have initial experience as a Business Risk Manager (First Line of Defense) or in the compliance field within the banking and/or financial services sector. Alternatively, you have experience in client advisory and are willing to develop expertise in the compliance field.

Expertise: A financial, legal, or business administration background with relevant professional experience.

Strong Communication Skills: You have a reliable and independent working style, always keeping risks in mind. Additionally, you stand out with your excellent communication skills.

Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
