The Job

We are seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor to lead our production floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of production workers, and ensuring production output meets our high quality standards. This position is crucial to maintaining efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities and workers

Ensure production targets are met on time

Maintain quality control and safety procedures

Coordinate with the design and warehouse teams

Monitor machine and equipment functionality

Train and evaluate team performance

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a shop supervisor or production supervisor

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage work processes under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience in leather or textile production preferred
