This role will support USAF acquisition digital transformation utilizing cutting-edge technologies as well as streamlining and accelerating processes using Agile methodologies to support the design, development, and sustainment of collaborative solutions across the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining SharePoint solutions, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to modernize business processes, improve collaboration, and enable data-driven decision making. This client-facing position is full-time at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions
Build and manage Power BI reports and dashboards integrated with SharePoint, and other DoD data sources
Design, implement, and support Power Automate flows to streamline approvals, notifications, and inter-system data exchange
Develop Power Apps to automate manual business processes and extend SharePoint functionality
Provide Tier II/III user support, training, and documentation for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, records management, and information assurance requirements
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming for solution delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate mission needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
10 years of professional experience supporting SharePoint (2016/2019/Online) and Microsoft Power Platform
Demonstrated experience with SharePoint administration and development (lists, libraries, permissions, workflows, site collections)
Hands-on experience building and publishing Power BI dashboards with DAX, data modeling, and secure data connections.
Proficiency with Power Automate for workflow design, including integration with Teams, Outlook, and external data connectors
Experience developing Power Apps solutions (canvas apps, form customization, connectors)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Azure Active Directory)
Applicants must be able to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
Experience with DoD or federal IT environments, including RMF (Risk Management Framework) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes
Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, or JSON for advanced customization
Experience with Dataverse and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
Microsoft Certifications such as:
PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
PL-100: Power Platform App Maker Associate
MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
Target salary range: $105,000.00 - $125,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
