Experience Coordinator

About the Role

The Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional, seamless experience for our courses and events. Instructors, speakers, and learners will be in contact with you on a daily basis - your role is to support them throughout this process and ensure their experience is exceptional throughout their entire journey.

Responsibilities

Work with the Experience Lead to execute the best experience for BrainStation programs and events

Coordinate logistics with campus operations and marketing teams for both in-person and online experiences

Identify opportunities to improve the learner experience and program delivery process with a continuous improvement mindset

Track and report data and feedback to measure program and event success

Conduct learner onboarding and course preparation to ensure a smooth handoff to Instructors for course delivery

Collaborate in creating programs and strategies that build the BrainStation community, for both industry experts and learners

Resource event panelists for BrainStation events and programming, building connections with industry experts

Participate in the tech community and build the BrainStation brand beyond the campus

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

1 - 3 years experience in a customer or client facing role

A proven passion for all things tech and digital

Strong attention to detail

Professional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience

A dedication to providing the best customer service

Willingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organization

Demonstrable knowledge of pathways leading to specific career outcomes in a broad spectrum of areas within the technology industry is a strong asset

The estimated compensation for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
