Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Intermediate fetal monitoring

Skills required: IV start, circulating in OR, labor experience

Scrub Color: Provided on unit

Orientation dependent on skillset and comfort level

Patient Ratios: RN: 1:2 or 1:3 triage

Licensed beds: 345

Trauma Designation: Level 2 ER, Level 3 NICU

Teaching Hospital: Yes

Unit Information: 10 LD and 4 bed Triage

Census: 180-200 deliveries a month

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Labor & Delivery discussed during interview with Manager
