Operations & Fulfillment Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of products from our warehouse to our customers, as well as keeping our store and kitchen operations running seamlessly.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, physically capable of handling shipments, and committed to accuracy in managing inventory and store replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Prepare, package, and ship online customer orders accurately and on time.

Inventory Management: Track, update, and monitor stock levels across online and in-store systems. Report shortages or overstock situations promptly.

Store Floor Replenishment: Restock shelves and displays to maintain an attractive and organized shopping environment.

Container & Delivery Handling: Receive and unload incoming shipments and containers safely and efficiently.

Kitchen Pantry Management: Refill and organize the kitchen pantry to ensure cooking classes and operations always have necessary supplies available.

Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with the sales and kitchen teams to meet daily operational needs.

Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety in all operational areas.

Qualifications

Prior experience in fulfillment, logistics, retail, or operations preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift and move boxes and containers as required.

Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking systems.

Positive, proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
