Position Requirements — What You Need to Know Before Applying
Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).
Shift Flexibility: Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 5:30 PM. You must be available to work within this range.
Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to travel locally to our satellite offices around the I-270. Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible travel.
Punctuality & Dependability: Being consistently on time, present, and prepared is essential for success in this role.
What You'll Do
As an LPN at COUG, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team—where your skills, dedication, and compassion directly impact patient care and outcomes.
Your role will include:
Managing provider schedules and directing patient flow
Handling the medication/script line and routing messages as needed
Preparing rooms and assisting providers during in-office procedures
Educating patients and answering questions within your scope of practice
Reporting any adverse medication events to providers
Contributing to the daily success of the clinic through teamwork and initiative

What You Bring
Current LPN license in the State of Ohio (required)
1+ year of LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred
Experience in urology or a surgical specialty is a plus
Strong communication, patient service, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
