Position Summary
The IT Manager - Salesforce Administrator will lead the administration, customization, and strategic expansion of our Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will play a hands-on role in managing our Microsoft-based technology stack and be pivotal in shaping the IT strategy aligned with our mission and business goals. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce expert with experience supporting association management systems and driving digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead Salesforce Administrator, handling configuration, automation, workflows, data integrity, and user support.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and enhance CRM functionality and reporting.
Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and VMware ESXi.
Partner with IT leadership to support the broader digital strategy, including association management and e-commerce platforms.
Oversee middleware integration with SQL Server, C#, and third-party services.
Provide leadership in agile methodology, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and business process improvement initiatives.
Support and maintain the organization's website and learning portal built on Episerver DX-S Cloud CMS/Commerce (Microsoft Azure-hosted).
Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness across IT systems. Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce.
Strong background in Microsoft technologies: Azure, SQL Server, and C#.
Proven success in IT strategy, business process improvement, and cross-functional leadership.
Experience in a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment (Azure, AWS, VMware).
Middleware and API integration experience. Preferred:
Experience working in an association, legal, or nonprofit environment.
Familiarity with association management systems (AMS) or platforms tailored for membership-based organizations.
Background in supporting accounting or attorney-based associations.
Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Episerver DX-S. Skills & Competencies
