PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Project Industrial and Material Manager (PMM) is responsible for managing the industrial and material scope of the Signaling and SCADA subsystems in the Haifa–Nazareth (NofiT) LRT Line Project.
The role ensures that all materials—generic, project-specific, installation kits, documentation and certificates—are delivered in line with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments.
Ensure coordination and control of Industrial & Internal material scope across project phases.
The PMM coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and delivery timelines.
Drive performance improvement, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation strategies tailored to the industrial and material management needs of Signaling and SCADA subsystems.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Key accountabilities:
Industrial and Material scope management for SIG and SCADA subsystems
Review all direct purchase requirements and ensure that product data is accurately entered onto SAP
Manage industrial coordination
Enter project material requirements in SAP arrange for timely release of requisitions, obtain quotes as necessary, and expedite deliveries to meet QCD commitment/project requirements
Manage shipments of materials to the Installation sites
Coordination with internal and external teams for material delivery; Interface with Procurement for externally sourced products
Compliance with safety, technical and contractual standards
Development and maintenance of delivery documentation
Risk mitigation and issue resolution
Ensure progress and delivery meet QCD targets and align with company best practices
Apply QCD processes and tools to monitor and manage performance.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
B.Sc. in Engineering Degree
Experience
Mandatory:
5+ years in Engineering or Industrial Operations
2+ years in Rail Transit Projects or Systems Interface Management
Desirable:
Proficiency in SAP
Knowledge of Railway projects
