Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
