Position Summary

TOP SECRET Clearance REQUIRED

This is an ONSITE position located in Fairmont, WV or Clarksburg, WV.

NCC is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to support an upcoming contract upon award.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Provides technical direction and analysis for telecommunication activities, including planning, designing, configuring, integrating, installing, and maintaining large-scale voice, video, and data telecommunications/ communications networks and services with computer systems.

Applies telecommunications/communications engineering principles and theory to propose design and configuration alternatives.

Analyzes network performance, usage and traffic flows, accesses and interfaces, transmission techniques, and protocols to interface with computer systems.

Responsible for complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities associated with one or more technical areas within the telecom function such as, but not limited to, network design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support.

Must have experience with multiple audio technologies and applications.

Troubleshooting proficiency and demonstrated experience with customer interaction are required.

Minimum Requirements

Active TOP SECRET clearance at the time of application.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field.

Certifications, education or past work will be acceptable in absence of years of experience.
